Mark Steven Doss is an American bass-baritone renowned for his impressive vocal and role versatility. Doss has performed on the world's biggest stages, from La Scala and the Royal Opera House to the San Francisco Opera and Lyric Opera of Chicago. He has received several noteworthy accolades, such as the George London Award and a Grammy in 1993 for his recording of Handel's Semele. Peter Gelb is an arts administrator currently serving as the 16th General Manager of the Metropolitan Opera. Throughout his illustrious career, he has shaped the classical music landscape in America, spearheading ambitious new initiatives and expanding the appeal of classical music. As General Manager of the Met, he has pioneered the Live in HD series, which transmits Met performances to cinemas across the globe, led the company through the COVID-19 pandemic, and emphasized new works, new productions, and increasing diversity within the opera world.

Gundula Kreuzer is a musicologist currently serving as Acting Chair of the Yale Department of Music. She earned her D.Phil in musicology from the University of Oxford before joining the Yale Music Department in 2005. She has published several popular books, including the award-winning Verdi and the Germans: From Unification to the Third Reich, and Curtain, Gong, Steam: Wagnerian Technologies of the 19th-Century Opera.

Andrew Litton is an American orchestral conductor. Born in New York City, Litton graduated from the Ethical Culture Fieldston School and then studied piano and conducting at The Juilliard School. He has served as Music Director of the Bergen Philharmonic, Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra, and Dallas Symphony Orchestra. With the Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra, Litton was awarded the 1997 GRAMMY award for Best Choral Performance. Litton is currently the Music Director of the NYC Ballet.

Michael Repper is an American orchestral conductor. From 2017 to 2023, Repper was the Music Director of the New York Youth Symphony. During his tenure, he led the orchestra on a tour of Spain as well as in dozens of performances at Carnegie Hall. In 2023, Repper and the New York Youth Symphony won the Grammy Award for Best Orchestral Recording for their recording of works by Florence Price, Jessie Montgomery, and Valerie Coleman.

Lawrence Brownlee is a world-renowned operatic tenor, specializing in the bel canto repertoire. He has performed to great acclaim in numerous major theaters around the world, including the Metropolitan Opera, Wiener Staatsoper, Teatro alla Scala, and Royal Opera House – Covent Garden. In 2001, he was awarded a Grand Prize in the Metropolitan Opera National Council auditions. In 2017, he was named “Male Singer of the Year” at the International Opera Awards and, in 2021, he won the Opera News Award.

He has performed in numerous major opera houses around the globe including the Los Angeles Opera, Houston Grand Opera, Metropolitan Opera, and many more. In 2009 he won the Metropolitan Opera National Council Auditions, and in 2012 he won first place at Operalia.

Antonello Manacorda is an Italian violinist and conductor. He has conducted in various famous opera houses and symphony halls around the world including the Metropolitan Opera, and the Dutch National Opera. He has been the artistic director of the Kammerakademie Potsdam since 2010, and has recorded works by numerous composers with the orchestra.
