The Vienna Philharmonic announced that Riccardo Muti will conduct the Vienna New Year's concert in 2025, following Christian Thielemann's wonderful performance in 2024. An honorary member of the orchestra since 2011, Maestro Muti has previously conducted the concert in 1993,1997, 2000, 2004, 2018, and 2021.
